WinTech associates have over 100 years of experience in the sanitary, pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, aerospace and instrumentation industries. We know and recognize the special needs of these industries, such as the documentation needed for validation. Many of the processes used today for the manufacturing, polishing and cleaning of tubing and fittings were developed by WinTech associates. This experience, plus successful timely innovation, and a willingness to take reasonable risks are key to achieving individual and company growth. Our History

2002

Winter Technologies LLC (WinTech) was formed by Tom Winter. Tom has over 40 years of experience in ultra-high purity stainless steel tubing. Notably in his career, Tom was a founder of Cardinal UHP in 1983 before being sold and stayed with the Company until 2001.

2008

Tom entered a joint venture with Elkhorn Electropolishing LLC, an electropolishing plant, in Elkhorn, Wisconsin.

2014

Tom became sole proprietor of Elkhorn Electropolishing.

2021

WinTech and Elkhorn Electropolishing merged operations.

Present

WinTech employs over 40 employees between Missouri and Wisconsin, many of whom have celebrated over 15 years with the Company.
